We love our new house! It's probably the best place we've ever lived. It's close to school for Spencer, Church, Trax, the Library, and plenty of other things. It's about 13-15 minutes from work, which is okay with me (believe me, living in Salt Lake County, it could be
lots worse). We are very comfortable here and the kids are able to play outside without worrying about cars (we're in a little community off the main road). The kids have made friends with the neighbors, which is fun. The neighbor girl, 3, tells her mom that she's going to go outside and play whenever she sees Ryan outside. Fun stuff!
We found a nice deal on some microfiber couches and chairs. They are
really comfortable.
We also found a nice deal on some twin beds for the boys. They are tickled pink to have nice permanent beds. It's funny, they go to sleep a lot better now.
And here is Emily's new bed from Ikea:
It's wonderful to finally be settling in someplace. It's been a rough summer, and we're grateful that this trial is over. The Lord has blessed us more than we can believe. We're excited to be getting involved in our ward, spending time with Amanda's family, working, getting involved in our community, and spending some nice quality time as a family without the stress of moving and finding a new job hanging over our heads. Nice deep breaths...it's great!!!
